Project Cornwall Group Ltd was incorporated 2022 and was created to manage a new and dynamic collection of hospitality assets in Cornwall (UK). 

The Business is primarily focused on developing and acquiring Food products, Creating Events, managing Restaurants & Gastro Pubs and nurturing ‘up and coming’ Chef talent.

With initial operations all based in North Cornwall, Project Cornwall currently own and operate 2 sites at present. (Other sites will come online in the next 12 months) 

Our first Restaurant acquired in 2023 is called "The Upper Deck"  and is open 7 days a week and is open for Lunch & Dinner year round. You can find this Bistro restaurant at the end of the beach road in Rock, (PL27 6FD),  just before the sand dunes, where you will be greeted by our wonderful team whom will be pleased to look after you.

In June 2024 Project Cornwall was delighted to acquire the famous and Award-Winning St Tudy Inn, in the Village of St Tudy (PL30 3NN). The St Tudy Inn we believe is the finest Gastro Pub in Cornwall. In Summer 2024 a full refurbishment will have been completed and later in the year an extended walled beer Garden will be added to the existing property. 

Currently the restaurant, Bar & Pub is open every day except Mondays.

In April 2025, Project Cornwall acquired two neglected sites in a highly recognizable area of Newquay. These sites are now known as the Dead Famous Lounge and Saltsheds Bar & Bistro (and featuring a 2nd Upper Deck on the Terrace 1st floor). Overlooking the iconic Towan Beach, they have quickly established themselves as premier destinations for dining, drinking, and entertainment. Despite their relatively short period under our management, both venues are thriving and rapidly transforming into must-visit spots for tourists and locals alike, cementing their place as key attractions in Newquay.
